Refund Policy

Every Precise Prep guide comes with a 7 day money back guarantee.

If the guide isn't helping you, email info@getpreciseprep.com within 7 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. You don't have to give a reason. If you do tell us what didn't work, we'll use it to make the next version better.

Here's how it works:

1. Email us from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message.
2. We process your refund within 2 business days.
3. The money goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Once you're refunded, your download links stop working, and we ask that you delete any copies you saved.

After 7 days, all sales are final.
