By buying or using a Precise Prep guide, you agree to these terms. Precise Prep is operated by Burgeon Brands LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating as Precise Prep (“we” or “us”).
What you're buying
Digital study guides in PDF format. We email your download links right after checkout. Nothing ships.
How you can use it
Your guide is for your own studying. Download it, print it, mark it up, keep it as long as you want. Please don't share, resell, upload or post it anywhere, in whole or in part. One purchase covers one person.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars and charged once. There's no subscription. Stripe processes every payment, so we never see or store your full card number. If a price changes, you pay the price shown at checkout.
Refunds
You have 7 days to ask for your money back. The Refund Policy has the details.
No promise of a passing score
Our guides are study aids. How you do on exam day depends on your own preparation and on the exam itself, so we can't guarantee a passing score or a license.
Independent study aid
Precise Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NIC, PSI, Milady or any state licensing board. Those names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the exams our guides cover.
Accuracy
We check every page against the published exam outline and standard textbook terms. Outlines and state rules do change, and your state board always has the final word. Spot a mistake? Email us and we'll fix it.
Who owns the content
All text, illustrations and page designs belong to Burgeon Brands LLC.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a guide is the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Miami Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
